Mental Health Moment: Preparing for the Fall

Hi, Chante Meadows here, CEO and founder of Meadows Counseling Group. Just want to come on and give you a quick tip.
We know that fall is amongst us and season is getting ready to change. Well, we know mood also changes this time of year. So it's time to get that mental health care toolkit together. That means if you like to draw in color, let's go to the store and get those supplies. If you like to journal, go buy your journal, get some new pens. If you like candles for the scents and the smell, it's time to go re-up on those candles. Basically, it means it's time to start preparing for fall because it's hard to get all these supplies when we're in the midst of our mood also changing and we're not feeling so good.
So we have to prepare for that. So it's time, this is your reminder today to go start to prepare for the season change mental health toolkit. That is your tip for today and I will see you until next time.
