I just want to stop by with your mental health moment telling you do not forget to pat yourself on the back, dust your shoulder off. Don't forget to encourage yourself. I know there's so many hard things going on every day and you're out doing the best you can you grind and it doesn't always feel like it. You know what, take a moment pause and say I am doing that, I did that. Pat yourself on the back. Encourage yourself. Don't forget to be your biggest cheerleader.
